I have setup an installation of tomcat 4.0.1 on NT. I could succesfully run the service when tomcat was bound to port 8080, but it fails when the main port is changed to port 80.
The server is no longer enabled to serve pages, however, you can still connect to port 80. This means that the service is binding correctly and failing after that. The logs show nothing unusual.
