Hello, Can you please send me or point me to information on how submitted open source code is reviewed and tested by the organization before it is made available for download. My understanding is that this is managed through the Jakarta projec as "SubProjects" t but I couldn't find detailed on how the quality of submissions is controlled or monitored.
