Anyway, the formal newsletter's name will be "The Apache Newsletter".
("The"-prefixed, capitalized).
I do not want to recall you the issue of "Apache != HTTPD", however,
this newsletter will be able to reduce such kind of *misunderstanding*
gradually, i hope.
