I am developing the Help documentation for a tag library component the
company I work for is developing. In the documentation, I have listed all
the supported tags and would like to include descriptions of each; ideally,
the text for the descriptions would come from your site. I have checked your
site and see in the SLA that for development, we must include a notice
referencing Jakarta, but I wanted to make sure it was ok to also use the
documentation.

Here's the most relevant section of the license with regard to documentation:
3. The end-user documentation included with the redistribution, if
any, must include the following acknowledgement:
"This product includes software developed by the
Apache Software Foundation (http://www.apache.org/)."
Alternately, this acknowledgement may appear in the software itself,
