Don't do that unless it is a vendor version properly patched. 1.3.27 has security problems.
have installed Apache and Tomcat sucessfully, but I'm not able to compile and/or install the mod_jk connector.
Someone has been able to install the module with this versions of Apache+Tomcat? Some guidelines?
I have done it quite a few times under linux, Solaris, and whatever *ix runs in the Compaq alphas. Basically I follow strictly the HOWTO.
OTOH, if you use a linux distro, you can look around for binary packages for mod_jk.
