Turbine wiki migration

Can we please have Turbine wiki set up on http://wiki.apache.org/general 
so that we can migrate the content over from the old wiki.

According to http://wiki.apache.org/general/HowToMakeWikiAdminRequests 
at least one person on the Jakarta PMC ought to be able to so this.
