Bah, details.
That's the lack of the cgi being hooked up. Justin's given me apsite access so I can modify mirrors.conf. I'll get the download stuff working first in place before making them live. Assuming no -1's.

Currently the filenames match the names on the binindex.cgi page, I'm trying to stay as close as possible to the current site before making any other changes. It's easy enough to then do things like change 1.0.zip to hivemind-1.0.zip as Howard suggested.
Post change, I'll focus on improving the Taglibs page to match the Commons one in style.
