I am researching I18N and L10N support in Jakarta components for a G11N project.
Do the Jakarta commons components externalize messages in resource bundles for translation? If so, are localized versions of any of the components available? In particular we are interested in the Discovery, Logging, Digester, Collections, and Commons-Cli components. Thanks for your help on this.
