There were at least 3 +1's from PMC members on the Tapestry list, so this thread (and the similar one on pmc@) are really about whether anyone has a -1.

If nothing comes up in 72 hours, Howard can then mail the board with the request (ccing the pmc).

As Howard just said, we've not got anything set in stone, and given that even we don't do the TLP bit that often, I figure we can just continue to bumble through each time :) Mostly it seems important that the subproject have written a proposal, the PMC members involved are +1 and the community at large has had a chance to -1.
