when a software grant is received, it's important that the actual donated code is recorded in the repository: the actual code donated is identified by it's MD5 sum. it seems best to me to adopt a single drop point in jakarta for these grants. i propose http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/grants/.
