Should the RSS.XML file use encoding="WINDOWS-1252"? Most (all) the other files use encoding="ISO-8859-1".
Also, the layout is not all that easy to read - not all that important for end-users, but makes it a bit harder to review changes. Adding indent="yes" should sort this. Any objections to changing these items?
