I believe we ought to follow the Jakarta example, and use General for publicly visible PMC stuff. Therefore unless business has a good reason not to be transacted openly it (IMO) SHOULD be transacted openly. Quite apart from anything else it provides some degree of accounting to the wider community on the activity of the PMC.
