I propose that we ask for replies to general@ and pmc@ to go to the list.
My grounds for this is that if this is for group discussion of project
items, replies ought to default to group visibility. Otherwise, we'll be
constantly having to remember to replace the reply address.
+1 for the default reply address on both lists to be the list address.
