Important to do this *BEFORE* the list address is changed, unless the moderator can continue to send to the subscribers and have only the subscriber mail bounce. :-) Also we should perhaps consider putting the change schedule in a footer on the james-* lists ASAP? Is this easy? Perhaps we should announce that people should subscribe to general@ to keep abreast of the changes. Yeah I'll do that now I think.
