As long as the ACKs have been received and the 72 hour period has
expired, you should feel free to update the committee-info.txt file
yourself. You do not need prior approval to manage that file -
Director ACKs are the official notification, it's then up to you (as
PMC chair) to manage JAMES's section within that file. -- justin
