[ANNOUNCE] Apache James JDKIM 0.5 released

The Apache James (https://james.apache.org) community is pleased to 
announce the availability of Apache James JDKIM 0.5.

Apache James JDKIM is a library for signing and verifying DKIM email 
headers written in plain Java.

This release makes various libraries updates, code fixes and enhancements.
