configrations u need r simple:
first the 10 windows computers should be connected with a swtich to the server (ur linux computer)
now these 10 computers should have the default gateway configured to be ur linux box lets say it has the IP of 10.0.0.1
then the 10 computers should have 10.0.0.1 as their default gateway
on the server(10.0.0.1) u should configure it to enable routing and NAT
this means that when one of the windows computers u have (10.0.0.2) for example wants to send something to the www.hotmail.com it will look for it in the local network...
of course it wont be able to c it so it will send these packets(data) to the default gateway
at this point its the servers job to route(resend) them through the ADSL line to the internet where they will find their way to hotmail.com..
to enable NATing and routing on ur linux machine google is ur friend u will find some articles explaining how this works exactly...
but no matter what happens dont u ever try what is called (internet connection sharing) its the same thing ur trying to do but in WINDOWS, i mean when ur server is a windows machine...

let me know if it works...
