GNU/Linux has taught us the most important
characteristic a person can have... how to teach
urself ! To follow this spirit i had an idea i was
thinking about the other day ! Something that somehow
was driven from my "Fight Club" theory...
Here it is :
"United Arab League" -- now the question ur asking is,
what is this crazy dude talking about, well, as linux
user groups are available in the arab countries, and
each LUG represents the linux users in that country, i
am thinking about a way to develop challenges between
LUG's that in the end will educate indivisuals, unite
arab linux users ! how can this be done ? in many ways
! either by programming challenges, security
challenges ( as in war games ), cryptography
challenges etc... i dont really know how to say whats
going on in my head.. i hope everyones understanding
me... we could start it of by a simple web site, each
arabic LUG can register to the website and will become
part of the UAL (United Arab League), each 2 LUG's
will be given a certain task and will challenge each
other, this will go on until the last two LUG's
challenge each other and we will have a winner at the
end ! Its as if playing the World Cup but in a geeky
techno way ! does anyone get me ?? ideas, feedback
guys !
