This is a very interesting question that I have no answer for, neither I thought of... The person who did the reservation asked us for no Cancelation unless more than a week ahead, so those who are having second thoughts please have your mind made up before 22nd Feb.
I am not sure if the plans are still on for all speakers, but I won't be surprised if we had some surprises. I hope things will go smooth though.. Thanks Khamis for the heads up ..
