I wouldn't recognize a code manager if it bit me on
the nose <grin> but I do remember having access to a
function cross referencing system in an old APL system that
really helped me. On several occasions Martin Neitzel has
made available his J Workbench which supposedly includes
such cross referencing but I never could get it to work and
had great difficulty extracting from his cvs system. It is
also my understanding that JAR is not available to
non-windows J's. So I do not have access to a cross
referencing system for either explicit or tacit J code.
Could a generic code manager provide a cross
referencing feature? If not, does anyone have one or has
anyone got the J Workbench working in a way that a Mac
user (me) could use it? Or is such a feature native in J and
I have just overlooked it?
Thank you,
