is rather short for cusory convenience, but you can
specify more digits in various ways, e.g.

Noting that the IEEE math isn't as good as the prodigy.
J has a default "print precision" of 6 as shown by -

but you can have it more closely emulate an HP45
(and the default in most APL systems) with -

In J601 the all singing all dancing 8!: can even put
convenient ,s into the correct result for you ...
