Oleg;

Looks like what I'd do. I also see extensions to require and load that allow URL paths to be added to the search list... I'm salivating: time to eat.

Subject: [Jgeneral] Script by URL

Just to clarify: do you need a verb that will
return a contents of a URL, such that

  wget 'http://www.jsoftware.com/svn/library/trunk/system/main/trig.ijs'
NB. trigonometric functions

NB.*sin v sin
NB.*cos v cos
NB.*tan v tan
NB.*sinh v sinh
...
script wget 'http://www.jsoftware.com/svn/library/trunk/system/main/trig.ijs'
  sin
1&o.

I think I can across something like that, maybe a socket lab,
but I need to look it up.

Oleg;

Do you have a URL for this library? Perhaps on your sorceforge pages?

I see the following:

   scriptURL =: ... NB. whatever
   script =: get scriptURL
   run script

...or, for those who appreciate J:

   run get scriptURL
