The reason for requiring >4 was simplicity and not requiring multiple
builds and tests. A single build for the armstrong handles both the
standard (1/4 vga) and newer vga screen. The performance of this build
is much improved over the older >3 builds.
J601 on PocketPC (assuming your machine will run it :) ) is a
significant improvement by any measure for the J504 release.
