I am looking for some catchy title and introduction to the talk so as not to
scare away people . Does any one have some ideas for both a title and a
catchy abstract.

For starters I thought a title could be

Programming Less Computing

Or

Loop less Programming

Or

 Loop Less Computing

Or

An Executable Notation for Computations

For advertising the talk

This talk is for people who want to communicate with the computer without
having to program at the level of the computer but at the same level as
their thought processes. The high level operations are desirable because
they directly represent natural units of thought. "The argument that Leibniz
used when he introduced and standardized the familiar mathematical symbols
is still valid. Through proper symbolism, " indeed the labour of thought is
wonderfully diminished" [Cajori, 1929].. High level operation help in
chunking which helps the human to deal with complexity.
Any suggestions

cheers
