Thanks for the feedback re the J dictionary.

I have removed mention of conjunctions wrt trains.

I have removed the sentence in section II G
that contains the word "operator". I will think
of a place to put the description that operator
denotes adverb or conjunction.

I have removed mention of trident. "Bident"
continues to be used just once, as the label
on row 6 of the parse table. (Row 5 is now
labelled "Fork".)

I have made no changes regarding "pro-adverb"
and "pro-conjunction", nor regarding "pronoun"
and "proverb".

I prefer not to have a separate definitional
section. Such a section increases the chances
of having two different definitions for the
same term. As well, many of these terms are
best defined together in running prose.
(For example, cell, frame, and item.)

The index is constructed by a program. The
program can be improved. For example, I would
like the program to accept a list of terms
that should be indexed in addition to any
terms that it comes up with. It is mystifying
to me how the program can omit from the index
words like "adverb" and "cell" and "quicksort".

A convenient way to search keywords in a document
is to catenate all the HTML files together as one,
and then use the browser (esp. FireFox) to do the
searching.
