I had a problem using bulkins with character data with internal "'" characters.
One possible fix:
strquot=: ([:''''&, ,&'''')^:(2=3!:0)
changes to
strquot=:(([:''''&, ,&'''')@(([:>:(''''&=))#]))^:(2=3!:0) NB. DM. 2006 11 19
Old:
strquot 'This isn''t a test.'
'This isn't a test.'
New:
strquot 'This isn''t a test.'
'This isn''t a test.'
