[Jgeneral] Installing J on 64bit XP

I had difficulties starting J on a new 64 bit XP64 computer. J504 64 
bit installs and runs fine. There is said in instructions that with 
J601 a 64bit java is required. I can not find java for XP64. Is it 
really missing? Is there anyone who can run J6 64bit on windows xp64?
