I thought I had seen a discussion of this, but cannot dredge it up. I had it working a few years ago, but am now frustrated. I think this began with some upgrade of OS X. My problem is setting the JPATHj601 environment variable in OS X/Apache.
In Linux, I simply include a line - SetEnv JPATHj601 /usr/local/lib/j601 in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf But when I try to include such a line in my OS X Apache config file ( /etc/httpd/httpd.conf ) then Apache refuses to run (sigh).
