I'm a Windows user and have over the years become accustomed (for better
or worse) to using the following shortcuts for Cutting, Copying &
Pasting text in applications:
Shift+Del - Cut
Ctrl+Ins - Copy
Shift+Ins - Paste
rather than the alternative (Ctrl+x, Ctrl+c, Ctrl+v).

I see that there is the ability to define Shortcuts using
Edit/Configure/Shortcuts. However I don't think there is a way to add
key combinations apart from the ones that are listed (Delete & Insert
aren't listed). Is this to allow for cross-OS compatibility or is there
a way I can add Delete & Insert?

I realise this isn't an make or break issue, but if there is a way for
me to do this it will be easier and less frustrating than re-training my
fingers!!

Also as I was checking my facts while writing this email I came across
the following issue.
On the Edit/Configure/Shortcuts form, in some cases (e.g. Ctrl+Z,
Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) when I highlight a shortcut definition and click
the "Modify" button I get an error dialog popping up:
error in: cfskeys_modify_button
domain error: wd
wd'setselect menu ',":sk i.<ck

After I've clicked the OK button on the error, the Configure form is
frozen and the only way (I know of) to close it, is to close the J
session.
