In the "At Play with J" article by Eugene McDonnell
entitled "Stumping the Rocket Scientist Quarterback
Ratings"
http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/Doc/Articles/Play134
he writes that the verb Rtg has 20 tokens. It seems
plain to me that the token count is sixteen, which is
also what my J console reports:

   # ;: '[: +/ 0: >. h"_ <. g"_ p. }. % {.'
16

So, is the claim of twenty simply a mistake, or were
there changes in token-counting between Release 3.03
and more recent versions?
