I believe the source of documentation is those html itself.  If you have spare 
time, try use "HTML Help Workshop" to create a project from these html, Compile 
it into a chm file. Then print the chm file to a pdf printer to get the final 
pdf version. If the names and links do not change, you can use the same project 
file for future versions.

"HTML Help Workshop" was freely downloaded from m$, but I'm not sure the current 
status.
