I put my PDF versions of most of the J docs at: http://elliscave.com/APL_J/reference/
All of these PDF docs have a hyperlinked table of contents that can be displayed while reading. To display the TOC, click on the "Bookmarks" tab at the left edge of the PDF viewer window. Most of the TOCs were auto-generated by Adobe Acrobat, though some were hand-tweaked...
