There are some changes in 602 in installs and how the
JFE/JE/profile/standard library interact. I hope to get a preliminary beta
out by the end of next week. You might consider putting more effort in this
area on hold until you have the new version to work against.

To be effective means that examples and references like
load '~user/myfolder/myscript.ijs'
will work regardless of choice of these folder locations.
I decided that the best thing to do was to put up a page on the wiki
that proposes a way to do this

That will at least give us a concrete proposal to discuss and hopefully
mean that new users (like I was/am) don't have to try and figure out how
and why profile.ijs does stuff so they can separate user data from the J
program installation.
