Here is some suggested text for this section:

The items of a list are the atoms in the list. The items of a table are the rows
in the table. The items of a rank 3 array are the tables in the array. An array
is the list of its items.

Now, let's see some examples.

    ] table =. i. 2 3
0 1 2
3 4 5
    ] list  =. i. 3
0 1 2
    $ table
2 3
    $ list
3

So the items of table with have shape 3. The items are 0 1 2 and 3 4 5
And list? Its items are atoms with shape 0. The items are 0 1 2

So basically, we can see the shape of items by simply lopping off the head of
the shape!
