One thing that was stressed to me when first learning about agreement is that
what exactly happens with something like
i. 2 3 (v"0 0 0) 1 2
depends on v and you must consult the dictionary. The section here
makes it seem that there is only one possible behavior and it is
hard-coded in J not dependant on the verb at hand.
This probably means that you did not understand what the word
"frame" means -- since it's the frame contents which are verb
dependent and the frame itself which does not depend on the
verb at hand.
So... what might have prompted you to see that this was an issue
for you? Some additional examples? Something else?
