If you want to be able to extract hhmmss from the plausible ISO8601
date/time formats, you should use something like this:
timefromiso=: (8+i.6) { ([-.-.)&'0123456789'
Note that this does not include the ':' characters in the timestamp
(since they are optional under ISO 8601).
Note that there are still things in that standard which this doesn't
support (for example some interval formats), but at some point
you have to step away from the idea that if there's a standard
you have to use it.
