That's true, but if the decision was made that it was better to change
the page title, a reference could be made on the page acknowledging the
original source and title.

Yes I agree that one can argue that it makes sense and is consistent,
but I know that every time I read Windows (especially with a capital W)
in the J documentation, I need to stop and reread the sentence again to
work out if it relates to the J Gui interface or some MS Windows
specific feature. That was especially true earlier on in my J
experience, when I was less sure of how independent the J Gui interface
is from MS Windows.  IMO it would be more informative and less ambiguous
to refer to "the J-Gui" rather than "J-Windows" and especially "Windows"
throughout J-dom - but I'm probably biting off more than I can chew now!
  
Given this is a page aimed at the beginning J'er, the more clearly the
title represents the content the better.

My preference would be to call it "Gui Programming", but something else
like "J-Windows Programming" or "J-windows Programming" would certainly
help signal that the page isn't about MS Windows Programming.
