Seems a bit drastic, if you are using Dyalog APL: You could just set
"QUAD-DIV" to 1. In commercial applications, 0 is probably going to need
some sort of special handling anyway. People often want silly answers like:

North      0     25%
East       0     25%
West       0     25%
South      0     25%
Total      0    100%

...etc...

Which seems like a good reason to switch from APL to J,
for new code.  (Not that installed base ever goes away...)
