I thought I would add a FAQ based on a recent thread, but I have run into problems and have gotten cold feet because there are likely many more issues that my answer is not considering. The technical problem I ran into is that it is not clear how to edit the FAQ page because it seems to be a shell for several pages, and I don't know the structure.
