I've noticed the following J Editor behaviors (Windows XP)--are they "bugs"?
(1) When Shft-Ctrl-n is invoked on a new, blank .ijs editor window (e.g., creating a title line for a new script), the editor beeps and displays a window with the title "Selection" and containing an "i" message: "No text selected". It seems to refuse to create a comment line via Shft-Ctrl-n as the first action on a new script window. (2) Almost invariably, following some editing (adding, changing, deleting text), when the cursor is clicked to the beginning of a line and one uses Shift-Downarrow to select one or more lines, the editor adds an extra line (overshoots) or, at the least, extra characters to the selection (possibly based on the cursor's previous position?)--but only on the first invocation of this action sequence. If the same sequence of actions is repeated in order to "correct" the editor's selection, things work correctly.
