Until it does, you can use the following workaround.
The File/Open dialog is just a reconfigured Explorer window. That means it can
do anything Windows Explorer can do, it just may not have obvious buttons for
common actions.
In particular, you can rename files. So:
A. Close nn.ijs
B. File/Open
C. Select nn.ijs
D. Press F2
E. Type in new name
F. Click elsewhere (outside of the text field in which you are typing).
Voila, your file has been renamed. Moving files is similarly easy; just select
the file, press CTRL+X, navigate to the new location, and press CTRL+V.
Meanwhile, since you're doing all this in a File/Open dialog, once you're doing
renaming and moving, you can just press Open to open the freshly renamed file
in a script editor.

PS: Another useful, but little known, feature of File/Open is that it supports
URLs.
So select File/Open, type or paste in a URL (e.g.
http://www.jsoftware.com/svn/DanBron/trunk/config/startup.yes.ijs), press Open,
and the file will open in a script window. Of course, you won't be able to
save it back via HTTP.
Of course, File/Open is just the standard windows control, so these features
aren't restricted to just the J Session Manager. Try them in (e.g.) Notepad.
