The zip package does not follow the convention that you can use the package identifier to open the package. In other words, this does not work: open 'arc/zip' but this does: open 'arc/zip/zfiles'
If this is going to be true for the general case, I think that the package manager should get an additional column indicating out to open/load/require the package in question.
