I have changed the style of the text boxes to just read-only as suggested. I think I'll just keep things simple for this application and forgo the editable text boxes. I've implemented this recently for another app, and it would have been much easier if I'd remembered this script so I could have used it as a guide. I have made a couple of other improvements to the plot in the latest version. A "Stop" and/or "Pause" button would be a nice addition, I am not sure how best to implement it though. I think I would need to run the optimization in a separate process from the form?
