The tot page uses a stylesheet that specifies the apl385 font.
You should not have to do anything other than to
install that font.  I believe that if you don't have the font 
installed then the browser will display the APL characters 
as best as it can using other fonts.  Typically this
"as best as it can" effort leaves much to be desired.
