This has now been corrected.  Thanks for the note.

The error was introduced by the OCR processing.
The input to the OCR was images which unfortunately
had some handwritten annotations which confused
the OCR.  The OCR did pretty well, considering;
the only other OCR error that I noticed is "McIntyre" 
being mapped to "Mclntyre" (upper case "eye" mapped
to lowercase "el").  Of course, "pretty well" does
not apply to the APL characters.
