Hi Dieter, The initial error message you got suggested to me that the location of the j602 folder does not match the path in the shortcut. This error message sounds like you moved the executable file to a place other than the j602\bin folder and tried to start it there. I agree it would be simpler to have a file that did the install for you. However it is not exactly rocket science to copy a folder to one folder, and then copy a shortcut to another! Maybe if you start again from the beginning knowing what you know now, it will be easier?
