Your customised configuration is stored inside a file 'startup.ijs' but
jconsole get its configuration from another file
'startup_console.ijs'. The easiest way is to copy your startup.ijs to
startup_console.ijs and manually edit that file.

You may also have to update base library from pacman to include this
patch: teach jconsole to run configure_jcfg_
