OpenGL is, in essence, a standard for hardware browsers.

The existing OpenGL support, in J, is perfectly usable, from
JHS, but will still be a way of getting images onto the screen
and not into the browser.

I have seen some discussion about html5 supporting some
flavor of opengl with its canvases, but I do not know much
about that.  You would probably need to use javascript call
html5 opengl routines.
