I tried searching ~addons/docs/help for PUBLIC first but matched a whole lot of HTML files with: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 ...
... so I narrowed my search to PUBLIC_j_ :-) I'm not sure what the issue you refer to is?
