AFAIK all the other keys seem to work OK.

I've committed a fix to the Public repository that seems to fix the
behaviour of KP_Enter in the Gtk Term window.

There are a bunch of other references to GDK_Return throughout ide/gtk
(along the lines of ( if. key ~: GDK_Return do. 0 return. end. ) ) but
the use of GDK_KP_Enter seems to give the same result for the cases
I've tested (e.g. FIF).
