AFAIK all the other keys seem to work OK. I've committed a fix to the Public repository that seems to fix the behaviour of KP_Enter in the Gtk Term window.
There are a bunch of other references to GDK_Return throughout ide/gtk (along the lines of ( if. key ~: GDK_Return do. 0 return. end. ) ) but the use of GDK_KP_Enter seems to give the same result for the cases I've tested (e.g. FIF).
